with authorised personnel and third parties such as HMRC and accountants having full and flexible access to their data. This provides
a single point of reference and negates the need for confidential and business-sensitive documents to be transported from one location
to another.
Experienced onsite support is given to assist authorised personnel accessing and auditing the documents, and the storage
process also involves efficient indexing and archiving systems, so that any document from any period of trading can be easily located
and retrieved. We can advise on the legal requirements of document storage in terms of retaining company data for a set period and
can provide periodic reviews as part of a defined management service agreement.
We can also scan the documents for electronic storage
and retrieval should you wish.
Baroco also offers certified document destruction. Our disposal systems offer much higher levels of
security and leave no danger of destroyed documents or data being retrieved and reconstituted by unauthorised personnel.
